10) Monkey D. Luffy
Despite being the captain, Monkey D. Luffy is the least intelligent of the Straw Hat pirates in One Piece.Throughout the series, there are dozens of cases that demonstrate this, but a handful stand out in particular.One of the highlights of his story is when he eats a toxic fish and then tries to eat it again after being detoxed. Another is his unwillingness to obey orders during the Onigashima raid’s early stages. He is without a doubt the least intelligent of the Straw Hat pirates.
